What is the status of my order?
An order takes about 24-48 hours to get shipped. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link, through which you directly access the present movement of your order.
Can I change my order?
If you accidentally place the wrong order and wish to add/remove something, you should reach out to us immediately for any changes you wish to make. If the order has not been processed on our end, we will make the required changes. However, if we have already processed your order, you can choose to get it exchanged after delivery (if there is a sizing issue). For any issues other than size, we cannot change/exchange orders after processing.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders get shipped typically within 24-48 hours after being placed. Post shipping, we have a standard delivery time of 5-7 days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through Cards, UPI/QR, Wallets, and Net Banking.
How can I track my package?
You will be provided with a tracking link once your order has been shipped.
Do you accept returns?
We have a strict no-return policy. In case of any defects, damages, or sizing issues, you can request for an exchange.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, in case of defects, damages, or size-related issues.
How long does it take to process an exchange?
From the request to the final re-delivery, it takes about 10-15 days.
How can I place a COD order?
We don't offer Pay on Delivery services, yet. But stay tuned!
